1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AromaMap Thailand ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. Service Provider Listings

AromaMap Thailand provides a platform for massage and spa service providers to list their businesses. We do not:

• Employ or directly control service providers
• Guarantee the quality of services provided
• Verify all information provided by service providers
• Take responsibility for transactions between users and service providers

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account.

5. Bookings & Payments

All bookings made through the Service are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms are determined by individual service providers.

6. Reviews & Content

Users may post reviews and other content. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Use automated systems to access the Service

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

AromaMap Thailand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
